I have been using the Cosori 6 qt (5.7 L) pressure cooker for a few months now and I am delighted. Its 1100 W power allows cooking with up to 9.4—12.3 psi of pressure, reducing cooking times by up to 70% compared to traditional methods

🔹 Functions: Includes 13 options: pressure, white/multigrain rice, stews, oats, meats, stews, steam, slow cooking, sautéing, fermenting, sous-vide, sterilize and keep warm. Ideal for preparing everything from perfectly textured rice and stews to homemade yogurt.

🔹 Interface and use: The screen shows a clear progress bar, and the cover has orange dots that indicate how to close it properly. The touchpad is intuitive and the beeps at the end are soft and pleasant, without alarm.

I bought the COSORI 6-quart pressure cooker primarily for its versatility (9 functions in 1), and it's truly been a great addition to my kitchen. It's very easy to use, the preset menus are intuitive, and the ceramic coating makes cleaning really easy; food doesn't stick at all.

Something that pleasantly surprised me is that, in addition to the classic paper recipe book that comes included (very useful for getting started and experimenting with new dishes), it also has an app. The app includes additional recipes and gives you a variety of ideas, which is perfect for those looking for cooking inspiration and want to get the most out of their equipment.

Cooking is fast and even; everything from rice to meats to steamed foods comes out perfectly. Plus, it saves a lot of space because it replaces several appliances in one.

The only reason I'm taking away one star is because the cooker arrived with a small dent on one side. While this doesn't affect its function or seal, I expected the product to be in perfect condition. I've read in other reviews that this can occasionally happen during shipping, so I recommend checking the package upon receipt. Otherwise, it works perfectly and delivers as promised.

In short, I highly recommend it for its functionality, ease of use, and the added benefits of having a recipe book and app, but it would be great if they improved the shipping protection. If you're looking for an efficient multi-cooker, this is a great one

The 6-liter Cosori pressure cooker has been one of the best purchases we made for the kitchen.
